Thanksgiving in St. Kitts
Thursday...Thanksgiving at Ross University. The rain has begun...it looks like we are in for quite a storm. I was walking down from the cafeteria, after my morning coffee, and noticed a large storm about a mile out to sea. An ominous sign, as today is the day of judgment. At 1pm we have our 2nd anatomy exam...that on the heals of two other exams this week. The stories from upper classmen describing this event are filled with horror. Hopefully when I walk out of the exam, the parasympathetic fibers of my facial nerve (cranial nerve VII), coursing through the stylomastoid foramen of my skull, will not send any signals to innervate the lacrimal apparatus, housed in the rostrally directed lacrimal bone.
